How much does storage cost?

This depends on what type of storage you require. Please see our costs page or get in contact and we will be happy to discuss options with you

What size storage container do I need?

This depends on what you are looking to store. Please see the storage types page for further details or get in contact and we will be happy to discuss this with you 

Are my contents insured?

It is your responsibility to insure your own contents, items, vehicles, boats, caravans, or whatever you are storing with us. Customers often believe their contents insurance covers their items when in storage, but this is not always the case. Speak to your insurer

How do the container lock?

With a padlock, this means that you control who has access to your items.

Do you supply the padlock for my container?

No, you supply your own padlock. This way only you can have access to it. We will provide the key fobs to allow you access to the site.  if you are un-sure about what padlock you require, we will be happy to help you out with this, just give us a ring or drop us an email

When can I access my storage?

The site can be accessed 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. 24hr access is subject to prior arrangement. Normal hours are 5am till 11pm. If you require 24hr access, please let us know and we will arrange this for you.

How much notice do I need to give that I’m leaving?

We ask that you give us 7 days notice. You can ring us up or drop us an email with your details and we will contact you to arrange the details.

WHAT DO I NEED TO RENT A CONTAINER?

To rent a storage container we will ask you for a copy of your passport OR driving licence and a utility bill showing your name and current address (copies of which are retained and put on your file). You will also need a padlock which we sell on site if you need one.
